ABOUT THIS COURSE

An excellent introduction to the principles of  Kaizen and Lean Organisation techniques.

Identify areas of weakness in workplace organisations and suggest improvements to creates a safe, more organised, efficient working environment by introducing 5S, identifying waste together with an introduction to process mapping. 

CONTENT

  • Understand the principles of Kaizen and Continuous Improvement
    • Understand the Kaizen Temple of Continuous Improvement
  • Understand practical application of Workplace Organisation (5S)
    • ​Understand how to complete a 5S Audit in the workplace
  • Understand 3 types of work, Value Adding, Non Value Adding and Waste (TIMWOODS)
    • Understand the principles of Process Mapping

 

 

QUALIFICATION GAINED

A Seta Certificate will be isued after completion of the course.
